In horse biology and genetics there are only four horse colors technically speaking. Pinto a pinto coat color does not mean that a horse is a paint.
All else including the rare ones are due to cross breeding.

Just note that there are no truly white horses in this universe. Dun horses always have a dorsal stripe. The main horse colors include black gray bay chestnut brown white but see next red roan and blue roan.
Everything else is a variation on these four colors or the absence of color giving you white. Dun horses have a body color of various shades of yellow or gold sometimes with a tannish tint. Roan horses have their own colors coming from the three base colors.
They frequently have black lower legs or sometimes legs with horizontal stripes often called tiger or zebra stripes.
